Phil Caldwell is campus supervisor at the KVC Health Systems Hospital. Dedicated professionals that they are, Phil and his peers work day in and day out with the kids staying in the hospital. Each day can bring special challenges, but even more so, the satisfaction of great healing in the lives of these children.
