The Vaughan’s - Ryan, Heather, Lila and Tony (the dog) - live in Olathe, Kansas. Ryan serves on KVC’s General Board.  Ryan’s parents, Kathy and Steve are fellow Everyday Heroes.

Since July 2005, KVC has found adoptive Forever Families for more than 1,250 children and counting...

KVC ranks number one in two of the seven areas of measurement used nationally by states to measure outcomes of family services. KVC is in the top five in the other five areas.

KVC touches the lives of more than 25,000 children and families each day.

95 percent of KVC children who enter foster care and then return home will remain at home. The national average is 67 percent.
